Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
1. General
By using ParcelGo services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined here.
2. Scope of Service
ParcelGo provides booking and logistical facilitation through its platform.
Our services include domestic and international shipping for documents, parcels, and specialty
cargo.
3. Liability
ParcelGo assumes no liability for:
Loss, damage, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including
natural disasters, acts of terrorism, strikes, or customs delays.
Scams, fraud, or losses occurring offline or online that are outside the scope of our direct
service.
4. Prohibited Items
Shipments must comply with Indian and international shipping laws. Prohibited items include:
Hazardous materials, contraband, and restricted goods.
Items not declared as per customs or shipping guidelines.
5. Insurance
ParcelGo does not provide shipment insurance. Customers are responsible for insuring their
shipments independently if needed.
6. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in
Mumbai.
7. Amendments
ParcelGo reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Updates will be reflected
on our website.
8. ParcelGo Referral Program

Program Overview
The ParcelGo Referral Program ("Program") is designed to incentivize existing customers ("Referrer") to refer new customers ("Referee") to ParcelGo's logistics services.

Eligibility
The Program is open to all existing customers of ParcelGo who have a valid account in good standing.

Referral Rewards
The Referrer and Referee will receive cash back rewards as follows:
- For referrals generating revenue between ₹10,000 and ₹25,000, both Referrer and Referee will receive ₹500 each.
- For referrals generating revenue between ₹25,001 and ₹50,000, both Referrer and Referee will receive ₹1,000 each.
- For referrals generating revenue between ₹50,001 and ₹100,000, both Referrer and Referee will receive ₹1,500 each.
- For referrals generating revenue above ₹100,000, both Referrer and Referee will receive ₹2,500 each.

Referrer Incentives
The Referrer will be eligible for additional incentives based on cumulative referral revenue within a quarter (3 months):
- ₹5,00,000: MacBook
- ₹10,00,000: Holiday in Goa for couple
- ₹20,00,000: Holiday in Europe for couple

Program Rules
- Referee must be new to ParcelGo.
- Referrer must provide a referral code/link.
- Referee must sign up using the referral link.
- Revenue must be generated within 90 days.

Reward Disbursement
Rewards will be disbursed within 30 days of the Referrer achieving the specified referral revenue milestones or the Referee generating revenue.

Taxation
Rewards are subject to applicable taxes, and the Referrer and Referee are responsible for paying any taxes due.

Program Modification
ParcelGo reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the Program will be resolved through ParcelGo's customer support team.

Acceptance
By participating in the Program, the Referrer and Referee agree to these terms and conditions.
